These terms govern your use of the YI GOLD website and the strategy authorisation obtained through it. By creating an account you accept them.

You are purchasing authorisation to use the YI GOLD adaptive gold trading strategy on a specific number of trading accounts, for a specific period. You are not purchasing the strategy itself, its source code, or any ownership interest in it.
Access is provided through a username and password that you choose. You are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential. Every action performed through your account is treated as yours.
The service does not send email and does not offer self-service password reset. If you lose your credentials, contact support and a manual identity verification will be carried out before any reset is made.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
You may not share, resell, sublicense or redistribute the strategy authorisation, attempt to extract the strategy logic, or use the service in a way that interferes with its operation or with other customers.
We aim to keep the service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, upstream broker or network failures, and events outside our reasonable control may cause interruptions.
We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, attempted strategy extraction, fraudulent payment, or where required by law.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect and consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
Where a translation of these terms is provided, the English version prevails in the event of any conflict.
