I forgot my password. Can I reset it myself? +
Self-service password recovery is not offered. Your login credentials are the only key to your account, so please keep them safe. If you cannot sign in, contact official support and we will carry out a manual identity check before any reset.
How many trading accounts can I bind? +
Exactly as many as your subscription covers. The user centre always shows current usage, for example 4 / 7, and you can add seats at any time by paying only the pro-rata difference for the remaining period.
How do I pay? +
Payment is made in USDT on the TRC20 network. Each invoice shows the exact amount and the deposit address, and the subscription is activated automatically once the transfer reaches the required number of confirmations.
Which platforms are supported? +
MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5. Both can be used inside a single subscription, and the download page offers builds matching your interface language.
